Lisa + Rob | Engaged

June 17, 2009

Lisa and Rob are planning their wedding for September.  It will be a spectacular Fall affair!  For now they live together with they’re super friendly dog, Bailey! Lisa wanted her session to be the opposite of her wedding so we opted for an ‘into the night’ shoot.

My favorite image came from a moment when they relived their teenage years (maybe not theirs but somebody’s) by making out in the bus stop.  It did get pretty hot and heavy which made for some great results.  I chose a lighter image to broadcast here.

And earlier in the evening as the light went out I caught this moment…

Rob is of the select few who feels the most at ease being ‘posed’ for photographs. However, after seeing the outcome of their session I believe he is a natural at letting his emotion for his bride shine through.

Congrats Lisa and Rob! I can’t wait to photograph you again in the fall!

Charla, love the images. My favorite are the last two, but I also like the first one of their dog Bailey….my favorite ‘kind of dog’.

I LOVE that first shot of their dog, I know the others are beautiful, but there’s something about that doggy in the sun 🙂
