Genius

March 7, 2008

What can the eyes of a 15 year old say? First they would say “I’m almost 16!”. It seems such a trivial time in life. So many adults blow off the thoughts of teenagers or try and give them great advice that will change the course of their life. Can you remember being a teenager? Yes? Thought so. It seems, for most adults, to remember their teenage years is either to remember their glory days or a time they wish they could change. A lot of people never move past those years and wish more than anything to go back. Why then do we not give teenagers more credit? I’m not saying they are genius’ and should give lectures to adults on how to really live! But look into their eyes. There’s a lot going on that deserves our time and most of all our energy.
