Nice days old and already inquistive. This little guy was as good as gold as I photographed him for almost two hours. Besides a little mishap on his fluffy white blanket the shoot went without incident. I have never (not even with my own two) had such a new baby cooperate and be so content with all we did. If little Nathan continues to be so cooperative Yolanda and Jeff will have nothing to complain about in their experience of parenthood.

Congrats Yolanda and Jeff on your sweet little firstborn son, Nathan! And thanks for letting me have the pleasure of photographing him.
This will most likely be my last summer where I am completely free to be a mommy. I’m planning on reenstating myself as a ‘paid’ photographer after the 2008 wedding season. Because of our recent decision about my career I am taking full advantage of this summer to document our little family in it’s enfancy.
Here are a few images from our very first evening on vacation! Oh it was peaceful, relaxing, perfect (except we were missing daddy/hubby). Here are my two kids during their first night at Nanny and Poppy’s.
